The Live Act is a computerette (computer operetta), a narrative, musical and visual work composed to be performed with the help of computers. The live act consists, on the one hand, in the projection and modification in real time of videos, stop-motion animations, photographs and texts; and, on the other hand, in the sampling and mixing of songs, sound landscapes, voices and noises processed by computer (digital granular synthesis).

The final sound from the Live Act results from the mix of the sounds produced by the Cotidianity Audiovisual Device (computer one) with the sounds produced by a sequencer and a multisampler (computer two). The blending of the live sound is made inside an analog mixer. Listen to the live sound (>>).
